A 4-week, in-person course that shifts the way your body, mind, and nervous system meet the season.

Infused with over 20 years of expertise in: Yin Yoga, Mindful Movement, Acupressure, Breathwork, Muscular Tension Release, Nourishing Self Care and Seasonal Nutrition.

What You’ll Experience:

Each week includes:

  • Grounding breathwork and meditation

  • Seasonal Qi Gong - Mindful and joint freeing movement

  • Weekly themed Nourishing Seasonal Self Care Rituals

With refreshments on arrival and connection baked into every step.

Week 1: Aches Away Myofascial release, yin yoga, breathwork and tension-resetting rituals to ease what your body has been holding

Week 2: Skin Rituals Release the stress and tension held in the skin with Facial cupping, gua sha, neck & chest acupressure, nourishing & glow-boosting oils.

Week 3: Sleep & Rest Rituals Journaling, meditations, sleepy yin, breathwork and  acupressure for real rest

Week 4: Nourishment & Connection Breath, Movement & Meditation, followed by shared seasonal meal prep, eating and enjoying together

FAQs

Is it good for beginners?

Yes, its great for all levels. The movement practices, self care are all adaptable to meet you where your at and adapt to suit your lifestyle. Lots of modifications will be offered to build nourishing wellbeing habits that you can draw upon throughout the seasons.

What is the cancellation policy?

As these workshops involve pre ordering supplies, venue fees your place is refundable up to two weeks before the event, after refunds will not be available unless you can sell your space on to another person able to attend.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes all the venues I use have a car park and off street parking free to use. All we ask is that you are respectful to others when parking your car and ensure your not blocking entry or exits to other users or residents.

How to book?

These workshops can be booked individually or you can book for both parts. There are also gift vouchers available should you want to purchase this as a gift for a loved one.

Do I need to bring anything?

For the movement based session you will need a mat. All other equipment/props required are supplied and you will be advised of what we will be doing for each workshop should you want to bring along anything of your own.
