Hi, I’m Debbie — and yes, I’ve been exactly where you are.
Running a business, juggling family, chasing a version of “wellbeing” that felt more like another job. My nervous system was fried. My body tight. My focus foggy. I was getting through the day — but I wasn’t in it.
